[RELEASE] ScyllaDB Manager 3.10.1

The ScyllaDB team announces the release of ScyllaDB Manager 3.10.1, a production-ready patch release of the stable 3.10 branch.

ScyllaDB Manager is a centralized cluster administration and recurrent tasks automation tool.

This release focuses on a bug fix related to the localstorage backup provider using NFS.

Below are the changes in this release.

Fix permission check for localstorage backup provider using NFS (#4819)

ScyllaDB Manager backup task configured with localstorage backup provider, using NFS as the underlying network-mounted filesystem, could fail with the following error:

operation purge: unlinkat /mnt/nfs/manager/scylla-manager-agent-2242389146: directory not empty

This was caused by incorrect cleanup of temporary files created for the purposes of checking required backup permissions.

Upgrade to the new release

ScyllaDB customers are encouraged to upgrade to ScyllaDB Manager 3.10.1 in coordination with the ScyllaDB support team.

The new release includes upgrades of both ScyllaDB Manager Server and Agent.
