The ScyllaDB team announces the release of ScyllaDB Manager 3.2.5 production-ready ScyllaDB Manager patch release of the stable ScyllaDB Manager 3.2 branch.
ScyllaDB Manager is a centralized cluster administration and recurrent tasks automation tool.
This release fixes issues in Manager backup, in particular for Alternator, and repair.
In this version, the team improved the agent’s memory utilization (#3298) during the backup task. The issue with memory utilization was noticeable in clusters utilizing the LCS compaction strategy, which generate many small SSTables files
ScyllaDB Enterprise customers are encouraged to upgrade to ScyllaDB Manager 3.2.5 in coordination with the ScyllaDB support team.
The new release includes upgrades of both ScyllaDB Manager Server and Agent.
