How can I install ScyllaDB offline on Ubuntu 22.04?

I have a connected Ubuntu 22.04 computer. Now I want to deploy ScyllaDB on an offline Ubuntu 22.04 system. How should I do it?
I couldn’t find any relevant documents on Google. Is there any tutorial or document that you could share with me?
