Scylla Doctor v1.8 is released.

  • Enhancements:
    • NodeInstanceTypeAnalyzer: Update GCP and AWS instances.
    • PendingMaintenanceEvent: added collection and analyzer.
    • utils.py: CloudProviderAE: read metadata without loading as json.
    • Auto detect rest api support and refactor of SKIPPED dependency status handling.
    • Tighten collector exceptions handling.
    • Move read scylla rest api to a collector base class.
    • Read Scylla configuration from memory where possible.
    • Scylla doctor collect cfstats, compression info and used disk space.
