We expand testing ScyllaDB on Azure platform. Made a step towards testing in different regions by implementing listing Azure ScyllaDB images with hydra tool.
Added various fixes to a way we run SLA nemeses in non-SLA specific tests. We aim to cover SLA in more tests variations.
Create index Nemesis was added to cover the scenario, where a user decides to create index after some time, when table is full of data.
