The following issues are fixed in this release (with an open-source reference, if available):

- Stability (LWT): paxos\_state::guard leaks semaphores resulting in memory leak that leads to large allocations and reactor stalls for LWT users [#20602](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/20602) The issue was introduced in 2024.1.0
- Stability (repair): repair\_service may use batchlog\_manager that is not fully initialized [#20236](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/20236)
- EC2: Add i4i instance types to AWS AMI cluster Cloud Formation templates [scylla-pkg#4322](https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-pkg/issues/4322)
