- Performance: Update seastar with a new pertune.py version, including patches for Virtio IRQ assignment
- Stability: coredumps were not being generated. A fix increase systemd coredump generation timeout [#5430](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/5430)
- Config: The file workdir option is not working. The root cause was scylla.yaml parsing of options with both short and a long formats, like workdir and work\_directory [#7478](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/7478), [#9500](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/9500) , [#11503](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/11503)
- Stability: Lightweight transactions are now more [robust](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/commit/15ebd5907177ba8709bc40ad2fa9ae773a9cf674) when the schema is changed during a transaction. [#10770](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/10770)
- Stability: COMPACT STORAGE tables allow the user to only specify a prefix of a compound clustering key. Bugs relating to such partial keys and reversed rows were [fixed](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/commit/8f8284783ad1d358199607f37950a12fee8a19a7). Note that compact storage is deprecated [#12180](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/12180)
- Stability: Reading fails after inserting clustering keys with a missing component for frozen or frozen [#12242](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/12242)
- Performance: Fix stalls caused quadratic behavior when inserting sstables into tracker on schema change [#12499](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/12499)
- Stability: types: deserializing multiprecision\_int can access uninitialized memory. Found in a fuzzer-like test. [#12821](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/12821)
- Tools: a fix in [scylla sstable](https://docs.scylladb.com/stable/operating-scylla/admin-tools/scylla-sstable.html): data\_dictionary\_impl might return invalid data [#12875](https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/12875)
