The ScyllaDB team is pleased to announce the patch release of **Scylla Operator 1.16.3**.  
This patch release include two bug fixes along with minor documentation updates.

1. Fixed a bug that prevented setting custom ScyllaDB arguments that do not require a value (e.g. `--poll-mode`) ([#2706](https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-operator/issues/2706))
2. Fixed a bug that caused Cleanup Jobs to get stuck on connectivity errors. These jobs connect over the same network path that is advertised by ScyllaDB nodes to clients. ([#2712](https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-operator/issues/2712))
