[MCP Toolbox for Databases v1.5.0](https://github.com/googleapis/mcp-toolbox/releases/tag/v1.5.0) adds ScyllaDB support. MCP Toolbox is an open source MCP server by Google that lets AI agents and IDE assistants (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.) connect directly to databases.

You define your CQL tools in a YAML config, run a single binary, and your agent can query ScyllaDB. Client SDKs for Python, JS/TS, Go, and Java.
