The easiest way is to use ScyllaDB Manager, see the [Restore documentation](https://manager.docs.scylladb.com/stable/restore/index.html).
This is also covered in the [Cluster Backup Using ScyllaDB Manager lesson](https://university.scylladb.com/courses/scylla-operations/lessons/scylla-manager-repair-and-tombstones/topic/cluster-backup-using-scylla-manager/) on ScyllaDB University.
Another option is to use snapshots, see the [Backup and Restore documentation](https://opensource.docs.scylladb.com/stable/operating-scylla/procedures/backup-restore/index.html).
